Multi Skilled Engineer
Immediately Required


Salary:
Circa £30-32,000 per annum+ excellent company benefits and development opportunities


Location:
Bristol and surrounding areas

Day to day duties of Multi-skilled Engineer:

  • Performing both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial premises throughout the South West
  • Carry out PPM and reactive repairs
  • Liaise with help desk in relation to schedules
  • Complete all relevant paperwork
  • Working across FM, projects, planned and reactive maintenance teams

Essential Skills:


  • Carpentry, painting and decorating, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, plastering etc
  • Knowledge of RAMS and PTW
  • DBS Check
  • Ability to work to plans
  • Awareness of Health and Safety
