We are hiring for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team, whose core responsibility will be Supply & Demand Planning within our Integrated Nylon 6'6 Business in Europe.

Our European Business Operations Team is comprised of three core functions, Customer Experience, Sales & Operations Execution (Supply/Demand planning), and Logistics.

INVISTA through providing a superior buying experience to our preferred partners, by being reliable, agile and efficient.
What You Will Do In Your Role:
- Collaborating with global counterparts to develop optimal inventory positions for integrated
INVISTA. - Perform analysis to understand the impact of different supply/demand scenarios to our supply chain (inventory position, associated costs, potential risks), summarize the financial impact of those scenarios, and engage key business stakeholders for input and challenge. The overall objective is to understand the range of outcomes, provide a recommendation to the business based on economic analysis, and help our business to make profitable decisions. Examples of this may include recommendations on inventory builds/liquidations, profitable procurement of materials, and effectively managing supply chain disruptions, among others.
- As part of our vision to provide counterparties a superior experience, we are looking for someone who will contribute in driving improvements in our reliability, agility & efficiency, this may include (but is not limited to) improving knowledge, processes, and technology in the supply chain.

- Strong economic thinking & financial acumen,
- An aptitude for technology / digital skills.
- 3+ years professional experience
