JOB ROLE:
HR Administrator - Immediate Start
JOB TYPE:
Temp
HOURS:
Full Time Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
SALARY:
£11 - £13 p/h
DURATION: 3 months with the potential to go perm
LOCATION:
Brighton office based with hybrid working available
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Transferring confidential employment data into new system
- Transfer contracts, right to work and other confidential documents into employee files
- Running reports on HR systems to identify any gaps that have not been completed within the system and updating where required
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Strong administrative experience
- Very good accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to hit the ground running with little guidance
- Forward thinking, proactive and ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Understand handling confidential information
- Able to work as part of a team but also independently
