Job summary:

Our client is a Global Finance conglomerate which is evolving to a structure of one process and one team (where it makes sense) for the way we deliver finance services to the business.

A key enabler to this is the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP andEPM (cloud finance system)

The Program Manager - 'One Finance' will oversee the delivery of the E2E Fusion solution for ERP and EPM ensuring all work streams within the program deliver against plan, dependencies and risks are effectively managed and the SI is held to account.

Experience and Education:

5+ years managing global process, and technology led evolution programs
Good understanding of Finance operating models and core Finance processes
Experience in delivering an Oracle Fusion implementation
8+ years of project management experience
Educated to degree level (Bachelor's or equivalent degree)
Preferred but not required project management certification

Key Responsibilities:

Work in collaboration with project sponsors, work stream leads, and system integrator to ensure delivery of the desired program outcomes
Work seamlessly with system implementor and hold them to account for the delivery against payment milestones
Manage phases of the program to ensure delivery of a holistic E2E solution rather than a system delivery
Maintain ownership of and accountability for the project tracking andPMO activities, including but not limited to:
Definition and management of program resource requirements
Risks and issues management
Project plan and changes to that plan
Project status reporting including schedule variances and mitigation options
Project Governance
Build partnerships with the business process owners, and the technical delivery lead to ensure mutual success
Hold members of the delivery team to account for their deliverables
All other duties as assigned

Required skills and experience:

Ability to work remotely and manage across multiple geographies and time zones
Direct experience of managing Global Finance Cloud ERP and EPM programs (Fusion experience beneficial but not essential)
Knowledge of finance processes
Creative problemsolving skills related to the context of complex global change Programs
Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments
Strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity.
Aptitude to quickly identify risks to the program and develop mitigation plans
An ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders
