Description

We have an immediate start available, though we will be willing to wait for the right person if you have to give notice in any current position.


Working hours are 9am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am until 4pm on Fridays, with a one hour lunch break.

Duties will include (but are not limited to);

  • Inbound and outbound calls to assist customers over the phone
  • Upselling new policy sales
  • Keeping updated on product knowledge
  • Liaising with team members, Underwriters and Third Party Claims teams
  • Daily administration tasks
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by your manager


Customer Service experience is required and experience with Home Insurance is preferred, though full training will be provided for our bespoke systems and product knowledge.


You will be the first point of contact for a lot of our customers, so we are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, self motivated and organised.

You should be able to work independently, and as part of a team, have excellent verbal communication, as well as written correspondence skills.

You must be punctual as your shift will begin when our phone lines open.
