Livingreen Design have been at the forefront of designing and producing planters for the professional landscape market for over 3 decades.

They have been privileged to work with the some of the Worlds greatest architects, landscape architects, garden designers and the most successful commercial businesses on landmark projects in every continent.

Overview:

Due to continued success the team in Loanhead, Edinburgh are currently looking to expand their office team with an apprentice to build their way into the company.

This amazing opportunity has become available for a passionate and proactive person to join Livingreen Design as an administration apprentice.

Duties:

You will:

Use Livingreen Design's online ordering system to manage and dispatch orders by pallet and courier
Use online portals to make bookings accurately and follow up any issues with deliveries
Use Microsoft outlook to communicate with customers and suppliers
Follow up with customers to book convenient delivery dates and dealing with any issues arising from delayed deliveries, or damages
Be regularly using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for a number of different functions
Keep Livingreen Designs online system records up to date and accurate

What we are looking for:

Skills:

Strong organisation skills
Proactive
Fantastic communication and listening skills
Problem solving
A passion to succeed

Salary:

£14,000 per annum (with regular increases based on performance),
£15,000 after 3 months, £16,000 after 6 months,
Upon completion of apprenticeship (9-12 months) you will be progressed onto £18,000 per annum.

Working week:

Hours are expected to be full time 8:30am - 5pm, Monday-Friday.
