About the Role

You'll be responsible for telling the brand story, heading up the content strategy that helps new customers come in and existing ones to stay.

You'll be collaborating with the team to deliver great content that leads awareness, engagement and conversation.


Responsibilities

  • Build on and communicate the brand voice, ensuring tone is consistent across all channels.
  • Considering ROI when implementing a content plan/strategy that targets key customer segments and personas.
  • Support with SEO through the creation and publication of optimised content.
  • Increase audience growth and engagement across all social platforms.
  • Support the Social Media Manager in nurturing and growing the influencer community and strategy.
  • Oversee the content function which consists of a Content Creator and Social Media Manager. The content function is expected to grow throughout the course of the next year, so this will involve building out a content team.

Requirements:


  • 3+ Years in a senior content marketing position.
  • A strong background in writing copy for various channels.
  • Experience managing various content functions, from video briefing to graphic designers.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practice and a strong understanding of the impact content has on organic results.
  • Experience implementing social media strategies.
  • Experience working towards various business goals through content management, reporting on success referring to business KPI's.
  • A passion for the fitness industry.
