Are you a strategic and visionary sales leader with a track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams? We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Sales to join our team in London and lead our sales department to new heights of success.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to understand their needs and deliver valueadded solutions.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and drive business development efforts.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, lead teams, and achieve business targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Experience is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
