As a Change+ Analyst at Grayce you will embark on our four year development programme, where you will have the opportunity to study and develop your knowledge alongside a mentor, receive monthly coaching and support from your Grayce Delivery Manager and work on our clients' innovative projects in ESG (Environmental Social Governance), Digital & AI (Artificial Intelligence), Cybersecurity, IT Transformation, Large Scale Business Change and much more

Your client projects and qualifications will give you the chance to level up your skills as you take on a variety of roles including: Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Support, PMO (Project Management Officer), Salesforce Administrator and more.

Building your skill stack
Through our Change+ Development programme you will become an expert in your chosen field.

You will have the opportunity to gain real industry experience and knowledge with out leading public and FTSE100+ private clients, whilst developing your skills and gaining accreditations.

As you embed yourself in client projects and teams, you will use your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate change.

Your learning journey never stops at Grayce.

Over the next four years you will continue with your learning and development, and become part of the wider community, where you will share knowledge and get support from other Analysts.

You will be encouraged to join extracurricular activities and complete industry certifications, such as AgilePM Foundations and training in cloud technologies, in order to widen your skillset and accomplish your career aspirations.
