Slab Shop Pizzas is a growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) pizza brand built around three simple priorities: great food quality, supporting our people, and looking after our customers. We operate in a fast-paced environment, but we believe doing the basics well makes all the difference.
We're currently recruiting Team Members to join our Edinburgh branch. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and cares about delivering a great experience for every customer.
The Role
As a Team Member, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of the shop, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining high standards throughout your shift. You'll be trusted to follow our processes carefully, manage your own tasks, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Shifts are offered based on business needs and availability, with opportunities to pick up additional hours during busier periods.
You'll receive training and ongoing support to help you feel confident on shift, with clear expectations and a team around you that wants you to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food to a consistently high standard
- Deliver friendly, attentive customer service
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Follow operational procedures accurately
- Manage your workload effectively during each shift
- Support smooth service during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Experience in QSR, hospitality, or food service (useful but not essential)
- A positive attitude and pride in doing things properly
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Good attention to detail, particularly around food quality and cleanliness
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable – training can be provided)
