Job Summary


Moog is looking for a Customer Accounts Administrator to join a high performing team of 5 based at our Tewkesbury site.

You'll be responsible for ensuring that Moog's contractual commitments to dedicated customers are achieved through the execution of activities in line with performance objectives.


This is an involved role which will provide you with an understanding of Moog's products, programmes, organisation, pricing strategy, order entry system, repair procedures, shipping, cost accounting and invoicing systems.


Within the role you will act as a single point of contact for dedicated customers and ensuring all administrative processes are completed for each request.

You'll be reviewing the contractual terms of Purchase Orders to ensure compliance and consistency with the quotation or proposal issued by Moog.

You will follow each customer order to identify any technical or delivery problems, resolving issues which arise. This will require you to liaise with appropriate departments to establish lead times consistent with contractual requirements.


In addition, you'll support Customer Account Leads with the administration required for servicing larger customers as well as assisting the Sales and Marketing Department with the production of forecast data for planning purposes.


Key Skills:

Previous administrative experience within a customer focused role is essential. You'll be customer centric and very professional in your approach and communication style.

Knowledge of order book management is essential, along with ability to maintain customer profiles.

The ideal applicant will have experience working for a highly regulated Manufacturing or Engineering business.

Enthusiastic with an ability to learn about Moog's products, processes, and departments.
