About this role


As an apprentice within our ESG team you will gain experience across a variety of different departments and skill areas, working alongside engineers, data analysts, compliance specialists and environmental scientists to develop implementable solutions tothe climate emergency.

Primarily our work focuses on delivering the ESG strategy for the division (our Green Charter), through development of tools and resources for site teams, delivery of a division wide training programme and consistent best practice implementation.


About the Team
The role sits in the ESG team within our Property Management Division.

It will support the ESG Manager and ESG Strategy Director to deliver the ESG strategy for the division, and site teams with ESG best practice implementation.


The Savills' Property Management Green Charter group set out to ensure delivery of services in line with the BBP Core Provisions across the division.

Alongside this, Savills has ambitious plans to improve data accuracy, deliver training for all employeeswithin the division and provide best in class reporting to clients.


The built environment is responsible for around 40% of the emissions that the UK is looking to eradicate by 2050.

How we build, maintain and operate our buildings is changing in response to the challenge of reaching net zero. Our team provide comprehensivesupport across all areas of building ESG and Sustainability that is required to meet this challenge.

Training
5 year training course. Our training and development programme is highly regarded as one of the best in the property industry. We aim to enable individuals to reach their full potential.

As an apprentice, you'll also have regular opportunities to attendtechnical, business skills and personal development activities - including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock assessments, revision sessions and social events.

The programme leads to a BSc (Hons) Environmental Science (Degree Apprenticeship)and Level 6 Environment Practitioner.
