Description

The Role


To administer and control data in our AMOS Planned Maintenance System, to validate that data is migrated in line with the MAST strategy and core values.


Reporting into the Master Data Manager, Data Entry - Validation will be responsible for supporting the creating and tracking of migration test cases to ensure internal and external data being added to the Planned Maintenance System is accurate and meets requirements.


Data Entry - Validation will liaise with other members of the Global Governance Team and Brand Stakeholders to ensure the PMS is migrated accurately and meets all requirements.


Accountabilities

  • Support the Data Validation SQL Analyst with preparing and running of migration test cases, including producing SQL, reviewing completed tests and recording test outcomes.
  • Raise Azure Dev Ops (ADO) tickets for each test to record test details and outcome.
  • Undertake data entry into the Planned Maintenance System (AMOS) during migration, ensuring best practice is consistently implemented in order to validate data.
  • Ensure that data migration test cases are completed in line with team service level agreements (SLA's)
  • Support the progressive standardization of component, function, maintenance and spare part hierarchies across all brands by validating migrated data.
  • Support with testing new data received from contractors who are performing large scale data updates or cleansing exercises
  • Supports with making any necessary adjustments or changes of data in AMOS as directed by other members of the Global Data Team in line with relevant approval routes
  • Identify any inconsistencies with data being entered into the system based on processes and experience and flag to the Global Data Manager


Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK13 full time, permanent basis.

Qualifications - essential:


  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience on technical data teams and/or projects
  • Experience in data entry into Planned Maintenance Systems / relational databases
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in SQL; querying database environments

Qualifications - desirable:


  • Experience in testing migration data of large databases
