Bath - IT Technician - £30K-£35K
This is a very exciting opportunity for an IT expert to join a world-class domestic appliances company.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will provide IT support desk assistance to all IT users in the company and to work with the IT team to develop and progressIT projects.


Main Duties:


  • Setting up, repairing and maintaining IT hardware
  • Maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure
  • Performing and recording daily server checks and tasks
  • Logging all calls on the IT Support ticketing system
  • Providing timely and quality helpdesk support as required

Required Skills/Experience:


  • At least 3 years of IT support experience
  • Microsoft 365 services inc. Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Office apps
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure service and user administration activities
  • Networking knowledge (DNS/DHCP/Subnetting, VPN, Firewalls etc)
  • AD domain device and user management

Salary/Location:


  • The salary will be circa £30K-£35K, depending on experience
  • The role will be based in Bath, but also require one day per week (at least) in Bristol
