Our client, based in Colchester, are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team on a Permanent basis in December start ideally although can consider January.


Duties will include:

  • Assisting and liaising with customers to provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Data entry into the CRM system
  • Working to tight deadlines and the capability to work competently both alone and as part of the team
  • Being the first point of contact for customers and potential customers
  • Processing customer paperwork including registrations, achievements and certification transactions ensuring timely and accurate completion of information across all product areas
  • Effectively prioritising tasks, considering own workload and also team and department workloads, to ensure customer service levels are met both personally and as a team
  • English Language and Mathematics to GCSE Grade C or equivalent
  • Previous work experience within an Office environment
Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Up-to 21k
