Administrator
Our client, based in Colchester, are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team on a Permanent basis in December start ideally although can consider January.
Duties will include:
- Assisting and liaising with customers to provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Data entry into the CRM system
- Working to tight deadlines and the capability to work competently both alone and as part of the team
- Being the first point of contact for customers and potential customers
- Processing customer paperwork including registrations, achievements and certification transactions ensuring timely and accurate completion of information across all product areas
- Effectively prioritising tasks, considering own workload and also team and department workloads, to ensure customer service levels are met both personally and as a team
- English Language and Mathematics to GCSE Grade C or equivalent
- Previous work experience within an Office environment
