Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000


Location:
Moorgate


Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Full time)

  • Numerate and accurate with ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience of meeting deadlines whilst delivering a service

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Send company contracts
  • Ensure fully signed Agency contracts are held on file
  • Ensure timesheets are submitted and processed as soon after period end as possible
  • Process payment queries
  • Keep timesheet and fees log updated
  • Chase contract extensions / ensure fully signed contracts are held on file
  • Ensure contractors receive monthly courtesy call
