Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing estate agency team.

You'll be calling warm leads and getting our estate agents booked in forvaluations, all while having a blast

Our offices are based in Liverpool city centre but you will also have the benefit of working from home two days a week.

You will:

• Get on the phone and introduce our awesome estate agency and services to potential customers
• Build great relationships with potential customers and figure out what they need
• Book appointments for our estate agents to work their magic on property valuations
• Keep things lively and fun while you hit your weekly and monthly targets
• Come up with new sales techniques and strategies to take things to the next level

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar sales role
• Awesome communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner
• Team player with a good sense of humor
• Resultsdriven with a hunger to succeed
• Obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowing a thing or two about the real estate industry would be great, but we're more interested in your positive attitude and winning personality
