We have an exciting new vacancy available at our Leicester Square Casino; The Rialto, as a Head Receptionist.

You'll lead our amazing Reception team and will be the first point of contact for all customers, visitors and contractors into the venue.

You'll ensure exceptional levels of customer service at all touch-points and will deliver a seamless entry into our venue.

You'll also be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service.
Driving companywide/venue customer service initiatives and promotions.
Recording and updating all customer details.
Resolving customer problems where possible.
Assisting the team in the identification of members (existing and new) and their guests where required, ensuring new sign ups are a seamless experience.
Supporting with Safer Gambling and EDD checks.
Acting as a role model and the face of the venue.
Leading the time to high performance and holding them to account.
Ensuring we are compliant at all times.
