Overview
2Fawcett are recruiting for a credit controller to join a company located in Rotherham on a permanent basis.

Working within a team of 5 credit controllers, you will be expected to manage your own Debtors Ledger, by chasing customers in a timely manner, issuing Statement runs twice a month and supporting customer queries, to keep the Debtor Aging low.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Credit Controller

Debtor Chasing.
Releasing Orders throughout the day.
Managing customer Credit limits and making credit decisions.
Supporting Customer Queries, working with other departments to resolve the issues swiftly.
Managing a Bill and Hold List, working with other departments to complete the process.
Preparing and issuing multiple Statement runs each month.
Providing support for Pay with Order accounts.
Providing support to the Credit control Admin team when short staffed.
Preparing for Monthly Debtor Meetings with Sales leaders.

Requirements of the Credit Controller

Ability to quickly form relationships with clients with an excellent telephone manner
Previous experience working within a similar role would be advantageous
Experience using MS Excel is beneficial
