THE ROLE
As the Senior Customer Analyst your focus will be to understand the customers in more detail through analytics, specifically you will have to:

  • Drive collaboration across marketing and data focussing your attention on who the customers are and how you can be more personalised when communicating with them
  • Identify areas where the company could learn from metrics such as segmentation, churn and retention
  • Use SQL to query data and work with large data sets to extract insights and work with senior stakeholders to use this information to better wider business strategy
  • Provide insights into the customer, who they are and how best to engage with them

YOUR SKILLS

  • Strong SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
  • Experience analysing customer data
  • Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
