THE ROLE
As the Senior Customer Analyst your focus will be to understand the customers in more detail through analytics, specifically you will have to:

Drive collaboration across marketing and data focussing your attention on who the customers are and how you can be more personalised when communicating with them
Identify areas where the company could learn from metrics such as segmentation, churn and retention
Use SQL to query data and work with large data sets to extract insights and work with senior stakeholders to use this information to better wider business strategy
Provide insights into the customer, who they are and how best to engage with them

YOUR SKILLS

Strong SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
Experience analysing customer data
Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
