Administrator / Receptionist


We are a small team working in the city centre and are looking for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.

The role covers a wide variety of administration tasks in support of our team.

The position is based at our office in King Street, Aberdeen - working Monday to Friday, 12.30 pm pm


Required Skills:


  • Knowledge and good ability of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).
  • Excellent organisational skills and timekeeping.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work.
  • Ability to communicate successfully and work effectively with other team members and on your own.
Training will be provided where necessary.

  • Aberdeen: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
