Description
We are now looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Marketing Manager, who can plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness for our target audiences and lead generation for our sales team.
You will ideally have hadexperience working in a marketing role targeting enterprise level organisations and running Account Based Marketing campaigns.
Salary:
£40,000-£50,000 Per Annum
Marketing Manager Duties:
- You will manage the planning and execution of targeted, content driven marketing campaigns and set shortterm goals for success. You will be working predominantly with the marketing and sales teams using both an inbound and an Account-Based Approach togenerate qualified leads for the sales teams to convert.
- You will need to develop a channel strategy that delivers on the profile of our target audience including online (e.g. SEM, display, social, affiliates) and offline (e.g. events, partners, professional bodies, DM).
- In order to be effective in your role, you will need to work with Muso's CRM and marketing automation platform (Hubspot) to leverage full value from marketing automation processes and tools.
- Ensuring that there is a regular review of sales collateral so that it is kept uptodate and relevant for our audience(s). You will also work directly with agencies and freelancers to develop campaigns and content. Working closely with the sales team,clients and prospects to develop case studies and testimonials to build credibility with prospects and stakeholders.
Marketing Manager Requirements:
- You will also need a proven ability to manage campaigns from beginning to end including budget management, analytics and reporting.
Having knowledge of online and offline marketing:
hands-on experience with digital media and offline channels including eventsis also essential.
- Having an understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on highvalue projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time will be something we will need to demonstrate at the interview. This will also involve havingexperience using CRM tools for marketing automation and lead management (experience of Hubspot a bonus but not a prerequisite). Excellent communication skills are also a must to be successful in this role.
