- Electronic filing of purchase invoices
- Distributing invoices
- Checking statements
- Liaising with suppliers
- Managing the shared in box
- Verifying supplier amendments
- Speed and accuracy
- Able to use systems & follow processes
- Great team spirit
- Previous officebased experience
