The role is permanent, full time & based from the office 4 days a week and home-based for 1 day (following initial training period).


Duties include:

  • Electronic filing of purchase invoices
  • Distributing invoices
  • Checking statements
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Managing the shared in box
  • Verifying supplier amendments
