Contract type:12 month fixed term contract, 22.5 hours, between the hours of 7am-6pm, Monday - Friday

What is a Right Care Advisor?


Are you ready to take charge of managing clients who need clinical referrals? As a Right Care Advisor, you'll work hand-in-hand with our skilled Doctors and Clinical Practitioners, ensuring they meet our rigorous Pre-Existing Conditions guidelines.

Your role will involve providing telephone support, discussing clients' medical history and appointments. You'll collaborate with external healthcare professionals, creating a seamless clinical referral pathway.

But that's not all You'll also conduct welfare calls to clients in different situations, offering guidance to those uncertain about treatment decisions.

Plus, you'll swiftly handle emergencies by contacting external services or the necessary emergency response.

To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • comfortable networking with stakeholders at every level of the organization, establishing valuable connections.
  • Attention to detail that sets you apart a resultsdriven mindset and seamless teamwork skills that exceed expectations.
  • Rapid learning agility and proactive initiative embrace new challenges with confidence, making quick strides towards success.
  • Exemplary organisational skills able to multitask and handle conflicting priorities
  • Good Microsoft package skills
  • MS Word, Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
