Dealing with customer complaints for supplies products to resolution.
After training, have a technical understanding of supplies products and manufacturing.
After training, conduct print testing to verify supplies complaints.
Effectively communicates the technicalities of supplies product complaints.
Initiates progression of cases to satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.
Communicates effectively with internal and external customers through multiple means.
Identifies potential cases with a significant impact that require immediate corrective action.
Responsible for supplies complaint analysis.
