About The Role
***Are you passionate about data and analytics, and have an interest in sales operations?
Uber Eats UKI is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to partner with our sales teams, whose focus ranges from small businesses through to large corporate customers.
This role is a unique blend of strategic planning, operational execution, and data-driven analysis, focused on maintaining Salesforce/CRM data integrity, refining sales strategies, and implementing effective process improvements.
- What You Will Do -**
Process and Performance Enhancement:** - Sales Processes: Conduct thorough analyses of our sales processes to spot inefficiencies, and devise and implement strategies for streamlining operations and elevating sales performance.
- Data Hygiene: Identify data quality issues, devise metrics to gauge data integrity, and implement strategies to enhance data quality across platforms.
- Sales Productivity: Design and maintain systems and solutions to boost sales team productivity, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM and sales automation tools.
Forecasting and Reporting:
***- Forecasting: Direct the forecasting of rep attainment based on the sales pipeline.
- Reporting: Take charge of comprehensive sales reporting for the UKI region, providing critical insights to guide decisionmaking.
Collaboration and Communication:
***- Team Member Engagement: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other key teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals.
- Team Communication: Foster effective communication with sales reps and account managers, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team.
- Basic Qualifications -
- Bachelor or advanced degree in business analytics, engineering, mathematics, economics, econometrics or equivalent
- 3+ years in sales operations, revenue growth, management consulting, project management, strategy, operations management, or other relevant experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience within a similar position, having managed stakeholders, large projects, and demonstrated an ability to adapt to a fastmoving working environment and efficiently improve processes
- Preferred Qualifications -
- Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Expertise in analytics tools like MS Excel/GSheets, and intermediate SQL.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
