Merchandising Admin Assistant - £25-32k dependant on experience.

Ideal opportunity for recent graduate or someone with a couple of years work experience and a passion to develop a career as an head office merchandiser.

My client are an ecommerce business looking to double revenues over the next 2 years, hence the need to strengthen the head office merchandising team.


Role Summary:


As a key member of the merchandising team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and running of many key merchandising documents to trade and manage stock.

Key responsibilities will also include set up and maintenance of new products on the website.

Youwill have a key role within the company linking merchandising to all functions around the business including customer service, logistics, marketing, and finance.

You will make many key decisions everyday which will impact stock holding targets, accuracy, andproduct availability. You will need to be highly analytical and able to make quick decisions from data available.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain an accurate Line detail of all sellable stock
  • Manage accurate stock and sales line projections within agree framework
  • Deliver business promotions
  • Build and maintain website product pages and product listing pages
  • Delivery accurate and on time reports to the business
  • Manage and report on company stock
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
  • Collaborate in new projects and set up
  • Support and report to the junior merchandiser

  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex topics, the ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and problemsolving skills.
