An opportunity has arisen for a Static Engineer to join a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established stable contracts nationwide.

You will be working on a static site on Mayfair and will receive a salary of up to £41,000 per annum (DOE), 24 days annual leave plus your birthday off and bank holidays, £200 bonus for being on the callout rota (1 week in 5), regular staff meetings with otherengineers, and a pension scheme.


As a Static Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking ppms across this site
  • this building is high end residential including commercial aspects.
  • Mechanical, electrical, fabric works, plant maintenance, building checks etc
  • Managing permits on site for other engineers/subcontractors
  • Liaising and communicating with the client.

We are looking for a Static Engineer who has the following skills and experiences:

  • You will be an experienced all round building maintenance engineer able to carry out all round ppm works on site
  • You will be electrically or mechanically qualified
  • Level 3 minimum in the bias
  • You will have excellent communication and client facing skills
This is a Monday-Friday role, working 08:00-17:00.
