PART TIME:
Mornings 9AM-12.30PM/Afternoons 1PM-5PM &


Evenings 4PM - 8PM (Mon to Thurs) or Mix & Match Considered

Fulltime 37.5hrs (within operating hours)
Community Systems are seeking Qualified (or Working Towards) Full & Part-Time Trainers to join our amazing, dedicated, and outstanding teams within our Centres in Wembley (Brent) & Woolwich (Greenwich)


Community Systems Role (supported & funded by the government) is to look after people who need support finding their way through their English-Speaking Journey, Life in General and most importantly their Wellbeing.

We are fully Accredited by City & Guilds,Government Office, Ofsted & MATRIX


Alongside our Traditional Classroom Training/Coaching, we also deliver our services outside in the fresh air in line with our wellbeing beliefs.

We believe and encourage our learners/customers to invest in their life & health; mentally & physically and knowoutside learning is truly beneficial to everyone as well as classroom-based learning whilst belonging to a team.


Company Operating Hours:


Monday to Friday = 8.00AM to 8.00PM


Salary Range:
£22k - £26k (Pro Rata if PT) plus Personal Bonus & Incentives.

You will be based in one of our comfortable training Site (Wembley or Woolwich).

Previous experience (within the unemployed environment) would be desirable; however, the right person with the right attitude is more important The ideal applicant must havethe desire to help and support our Learners whilst working within our small but vibrant teams.

You will be looking after groups of individuals within a target orientated environment, whilst being supported by your manager and team members.


You must have:

the ability and experience of:
Teamwork/Flexibility/Accomplishment/Targets/Training/Coaching and Solid Organizational Admin Skills with Excellent Customer Service/Motivational/Confidence and most importantly, be a nice person
