Agency Sales Manager - High-Impact & Programmatic Ad Tech - £50,000 - £65, % uncapped comms + benefits

The Company
My client is a trusted, go-to ad tech solution for publishers, media businesses, media agencies and blue chip advertisers.


In the past 18 months they have doubled their headcount and with multiple successful rounds of investment since 2019, they are expanding at a fast rate and have amazing growth plans for the coming year.


They are looking for an Agency Sales Manager to join the London team to sell into media agencies across the UK and build and develop existing agency trading partnerships that are in place.


The Job

  • Actively sell into agencies across the digital media landscape
  • Report directly into the recently appointed MD, who has extensive experience across some of the world's most successful tech companies at chief level.
  • Speaking with the full range of agency personnel from planners/buyers to senior agency partners and Csuite levels to grow agency relationships and further trading agreements
  • Selling market leading solutions across digital, including display, video, programmatic and more
  • Working with the team to hit quarterly revenue targets and capitalise on all revenue streams
  • Amazing benefits including global companywide trips to abroad offices

You

  • Great knowledge of the digital advertising and media landscape and experience in media sales
  • A strong book of contacts across the media agency landscape with contacts across some of the agency holding groups
  • Experience in an ad tech company is a bonus, but not a necessity. A good baseline knowledge of programmatic advertising
  • You will be keen to work in a fastgrowing, innovative ad tech company
