At On the hill Flowers we provide a luxury but affordable service with the freshest of flowers to our clients.

We are looking for a florist/ sales assistant who has enough ability to mix flower arrangements together and the desire to learn to how to create beautiful and creative bouquets/ arrangements to our clients.

Providing an exceptional customer service with excellent communication skills is a MUST. We are looking for a customer friendly, enthusiastic and positive applicant to join our team.


As we are a very fast paced outside stall we need someone who can work under pressure during the busy periods i.e.

Valentines and also someone who can work through all weathers.

  • Enthusiasm, positive and happy attitude, customer friendly
  • Sales ability/ Experience
  • Reliable/ Punctual / Trustworthy
  • Determination to learn new skills and go above and beyond expected.
  • Use their own initiative and get on with tasks without constant explanation
  • Flower and plants maintenance/ stock rotation
  • Flowers and plants knowledge is favoured
  • Bonus/ Commission scheme for sales targets hit

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Commission, Permanent
