We are a bed manufacturer company based in Cleckheaton. We require
Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly small team.
We need someone to deal with our on-line customer's orders and queries. Should be able to communicate efficiently with customers over the phone and deal the situations accordingly. Should be able to control and run the online sale platform smoothly including eBay, Amazon and Websites.


What we are looking for in you:

• Must have minimum 2 years sales experience over telephone
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literate
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail,
• Other office related work

Additional £2,500 per annum, if have Social Media background, having created, developed & scheduled continually engaging posts & features across varying social media platforms

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
