Recra is working in partnership with a leading, distribution and order processing business that provides a wide range of fulfillment services for a variety of customers throughout the UK, we have an opportunity for an experienced warehouse supervisor to join their team in Leicester on a full time, permanent basis.

Job Position: Warehouse Supervisor (FLT Licence)
Continental Shift pattern.

Requirements:

Must hold a counterbalance license.

Responsibilities will include:

Maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. In addition, they are responsible for securing the warehouse as well as supervising staff.
Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times
Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers' timescales/requirements
Supervise and control order picking, goods in, and goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage
Organize, facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals
Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company's procedures and requirements
Responsible for driving Standard Work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer aligned with their expectation
Deliver the product to the customer on time, every time using appropriate methods.
