YOUR ROLE:

Manage the Demand Planning process and the local Sales and Operation planning process for the assigned portfolio
Create a launch plan and monthly sales forecast for New Product Introductions for the full marketing year based on business case
Works closely with Sales and Marketing to gather market intelligence and improve Forecast Accuracy and Bias
Continuously improve forecasting techniques and methods
Steer replacement of old products by creating a phaseinout timing model and inform Supply Chain and Sales accordingly
Anticipate and recognize out of stock situations, developing alternatives with Supply Chain

YOUR SKILLS:

University Degree level or equivalent
Previous Demand Planning experience
Knowledge of SAP and APO-DP would be an advantage
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Great attention to detail and proactivity
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
