Reports to Payroll Manager
The purpose of this position is to provide strong administration support to the Group Payroll and Benefit team.

In additional to regular monthly processes this role will also play a significant role in the management of Benefits and invoice activities.


Key responsibilities:


  • You are responsible for collating all changes to be captured and included in the monthly payroll
  • You will ensure that changes are correctly reflected into the Payroll system for Jersey & Guernsey
  • Responsible for membership changes and information sharing with the Benefit providers
  • Responsible for Budget and Invoice management
  • You will monitor the payroll inbox, providing answers to payroll & benefit queries, escalating where required.
  • You will support the Benefits Manager with annual benefit renewals, Employee communication and Tax reporting
  • You will participate in the improvement of processes through automation.

Skills, knowledge, expertise:


  • You have experience of working in a fast paced Payroll and or Benefit administration team
  • You have an analytical mind with good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of Invoice and budget management desirable
  • You are excited by change
  • You can build strong relationships and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent accuracy, numeracy and data entry skills and good attention to detail
  • You are very well organised
  • Good computer literacy skills are essential; advanced user of MS Office products specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Travel to other jurisdictional offices will be required
