Description

We're seeking an energetic, responsible and highly communicative Personal Assistant who is capable of working well under pressure and on their own initiative.

This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to make a positive impact on the daily operations of our company and really make your mark.

You will need to organise and keep a track of all the paperwork duties relating to the companies we operate as well as speaking to clients mainly in the phone.

The successful applicant must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and outlook.

We are looking for a honest trustworthy and organised individual to help out with the day to day operations such as stock taking, inventory, replying to correspondence sending invoices and updating ledger entries.

The successful applicant must be able to read and write in English and have a good command of the english language.

Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£10.00 per hour
