Description
We are looking for an experienced supervisor to join the Service Delivery team within an established Telecoms organisation. You will be required to have at least 2 years management or supervisory experience.
You will run the day-to-day operations within the Service Delivery team working closely with the Service Delivery Manager, support the Service Delivery Manager and oversee the Service Delivery team, to ensure their efficient and effective processes and workload whilst exceeding customer's expectations.
Key performance indictors
To support the Service Delivery Manager on the day to day running of the team and to ensure all targets and objectives that are set by the Manager are met.
Job Objective
- Supporting the Service Delivery Manager with planning and the day to day running of the team
- To ensure we are regularly communicating with clients while exceeding their expectations.
- Maintaining a process driven work environment.
- Coordination of internal and external resource
- Liaising with suppliers in the event of escalations.
- Ensuring a healthy, positive, and proactive working environment.
- To help drive the team to deliver their targets.
Key tasks:
- Ensure all orders are dealt with efficiently by the Service Delivery team.
- Effective distribution of Service Delivery workload
- First line escalation.
- Maximise efficiency across the team.
- Monitor issues to define patterns and work to lessen these recurring issues.
- Ensure constant improvement of customer experience and Service Delivery team knowledge.
- Manage process for communicating service affecting issues to the organisation and our clients.
Duties will include, but not limited to;
- Maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring we provide a unified service from supplier to client.
- Develop, implement, and maintain procedures of best practices and standards.
- Understand analysis reports and analysis of the team.
- Identify training requirements of the team to ensure we remain experts.
- Report in operational meetings of the performance of the department
- Assist the Service Manager with regular 121 meetings with all team members ensuring objectives are achieved and that personal development remains a focus to the individual.
