Contract Support Administrator
Due to continued business growth, a new position has been created within the H&K Service

Department, Manchester, to support the existing team.

  • Working within the existing team, to support our Northern service region.
  • Producing service contract renewal quotes.
  • Scheduling & organising customer orders/visits.
  • Coordinating response to Emergency Callouts as required.
  • Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
  • Liaising efficiently with Customers, Service Engineers, and the wider H&K Team.
  • Raising & processing supplier & subcontractor purchase orders.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of all relevant IT systems.
  • General office administration duties, as required by the business.
  • Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies & Procedures.

Qualities + Experience

  • Applicants must be reliable, punctual, good team players and have good communication & IT skills.
  • Knowledge & experience within the sprinkler industry would be desirable, although experience in a related engineering our service delivery field would also be considered.

Monday - Friday, core hours between 8:00am - 17:00pm
**Full time office based position
