LCH is a well-renowned supplier of luxury cars in the UK, providing the highest standards of vehicle hire.

We provide bespoke hire, replacement and management services for chauffeur and private hire businesses, manufacturers, car dealerships and assistance / insurance companies.


We are now seeking an additional Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our small but growing team based at our Head office in Elstree, Hertfordshire.

Due to the nature of our business, the Customer Service team operates 7 days a week.


Hours: 40 per week. Shift work including weekends and evenings. Varying shift patterns from 8am to 8pm, to start ASAP.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Handling inbound and outbound calls whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Completing daily operational tasks.
  • Processing new bookings, booking extensions and terminations within required SLA's.
  • Handling customer complaints efficiently through to resolution.
  • Updating company systems with accuracy, processing rental documentation and providing reports.
  • Offering additional products or solutions to improve the customer's experience this may include upselling products such as insurance excess reducer.
  • Maintaining communication periodically throughout the customer's hire and pass relevant feedback onto Supervisor.
  • Working closely as a team by providing support to others when necessary.

Key skills and experience required:


  • Proven experience in a customer service environment.
  • A passion for customer service and a strong understanding of how to deliver it.
  • The ability to work under pressure and achieve business KPIs.
  • A positive and proactive approach to learning and selfdevelopment.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to hold a conversation in a professional manner alongside multitasking and completing administration tasks.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • The ability to work and communicate effectively in a team.
  • Proven ability to use initiative and prioritise workload.
The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum based on working 40 hours per week. There will be a salary review on passing probation.
