Role Purpose:
To provide an excellent plumbing service for our Customers and Clients. You will be carrying out reactive repairs in residential premises dealing with reputable and well respected customers.
Main Responsibilities

• Plumbing
• Painting
• Tiling.
• Carpentry
• To provide reactive maintenance of domestic properties and communal areas;
• To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification;
• To complete plumbing installations and associated works;
• To use a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Carpentry and flooring work.

Other duties

• The duties and responsibilities above are not exhaustive. The jobholder may be required to undertake other duties that may be required from time to time within the general scope of the position. The jobholder will also be required to operate within the terms of his / her contract of employment and the policies and procedures that are contained from time to time in the Company Handbook.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing/Carpentry or City and Guilds is desired
• UK Driving License

Salary:
Base salary is £36,000.00 per annum.
