Circa £35,000 - £48,000 + Car and bonus

We are excited to present an exclusive Assistant / Buyer opportunity with a highly successful house builder based in Warwickshire.

This is an office-based role with a dynamic team looking to expand. We are currently seeking an Assistant Buyer or Buyer to join our clients team. If you're ready for a new challenge, this could be the perfect fit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on materials buying for standard house types.
  • Manage group buying for three regions.
  • Collaborate on material purchasing for 34 sites simultaneously.
  • Occasionally travel for site visits.
  • Handle brickwork takeoffs and scheduling.
  • Work from drawings to facilitate efficient material procurement.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in buying for house building or construction.
  • Proficiency in material purchasing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced office environment.

  • This role is officebased, with no work from home option.
