Aspire are currently seeking a Prison Officer to work in a PRU/SEND provision as a behaviour mentor to work in the SEND department of a large mainstream academy working with KS1 and KS2 studentsYour responsibilities will include:
- Working on a 11 basiswith certain pupils.
- Working in small groups or in the class
- Supporting the main teacher
- Building good relationships with the pupils
- Managing students behaviour
- Positive reinforcement
- Engaging students to complete their work This is a full time role working from Monday to Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm. If you are passionate about working with children or young people and have experience in this industry we want to hear from you. You need tobe committed, a good communicator and willing to work with young people who have social, emotional and mental heath needs.
