This is a newly created role that you can really put your own mark on.

You will need to be able to work autonomously using your own initiative and be one step ahead with a creative mind and good eye for detail.

You will also need to be good with systems and have excellent marketing and organisational skills? This role really does have it all


Working in a small office you will have the opportunity to get involved in all areas of marketing and support.

This could be anything from working with developers to update the website, gathering research for content on LinkedIn to coordinating marketing campaigns, setting up new starters and dealing with day to day office management.

You will need to be willing and flexible in your approach as you will be the go to person for anything marketing or administration.


This role would suit someone who has ideally come from a marketing background that has had some work experience in administration, a recruitment background would be highly beneficial but not essential.

You will need to be a competent communicator and be able to assist with gathering content for social media.


Duties to include:

  • Driving Marketing activity in line with company brand
  • Internal and external communication
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with job boards and associated tasks
  • Increasing social media presence, updating LinkedIn, Facebook etc
  • Keeping the website update
  • Brand Building and ensuring marketing is in line with brand
  • Coordinate and oversea campaigns
  • Supporting the team with client management
  • Updating and uploading terms or business
  • Running reports and updating on the results
  • Creating best practise around process and procedures
  • Dealing with compliance such as contracts, key information documents and data maintenance
  • Supporting with insurance renewals and schedules
  • Liaising with outsource IT provider for resolution of issues
  • Set ups for new starters IT/ Mobile phones/ Equipment
  • Supporting with Business improvement projects
  • Monitoring staff absence requests, office contracts, sickness
