JOB DESCRIPTION


My Horizon Care are looking for enthusiastic, kind, caring and compassionate domiciliary carers and support workers to provide person centred care to clients in their own homes.

You will be working either independently or as a double with another carer according to individual needs. Carers with a minimum of 6 months experience are welcome to apply.


You will be required to assist with:

  • Personal care (bathing/showering, dressing, toileting)
  • Administration of medication
  • Companionship
  • Preparation of meals
  • Shopping, community support/outings
  • Domestic and light household tasks

We require:

  • Previous care experience is an added advantage
  • Car driver with Full UK Drivers licence
