Job Summary
To carry out day-to-day activities in the store as required by the management team to
promote excellent customer service and maximise sales.


Responsibilities:

Time% Main Responsibilities
To assist in the maintenance of the company's operational standards
and compliance.
Ensure all sales floor routines are carried out as prescribed by the
management team.
To participate in stock processing
To serve customers and operate tills
To carry out customer refunds as required
To maintain the shop floor standards at all times
To ensure appropriate merchandising of product in order to
maximise sales
To be involved in store replenishment.
To carry out product placement checks
To participate in the store clearance cycle
To be courteous at all times to fellow associates, customers and
management team.
To seek personal development when appropriate
To demonstrate an understanding of brand & product knowledge.
Demonstrate at all times the company's identified characteristics
To assist in ensuring Health and Safety standards are adhered to and
within legal requirements
To carry out any additional duties as and when required such as
housekeeping, cleaning.
To participate in the stores activities as required outside of normal
duties.

To have the ability to work as part of a team
Presentable
Punctual
Reliable
Self-motivated
Able to communicate effectively
Have an eye for detail
