MOBILE HANDYPERSONCarbon60 are looking to recruit a
Mobile
Handyperson to work for a national facilities management company based in Telford.

The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner.


ROLE:


Mobile Handyperson
SALARY:
£13.46 p/h
JOB TYPE: Temp to perm
LOCATION: Telford
HOURS: Full time Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 17:00 THE ROLE

  • Inspect/repair floor, walls, ceilings and roofs.
  • Inspect /repair free standing and fitted furniture.
  • Inspect/clear drainage and gully systems.
  • Inspect/replace luminaries.
  • Inspect/repair doors (Inc. Fire Doors), windows and associated furniture.
  • Painting, redecorating and hanging of pictures/signed/notices.
  • Assist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as required.

The company provides company car and company phone.

THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE

  • NVQ (or similar) in carpentry.
