Key Responsibilities
- Teaching and Learning: Strive for excellence in teaching and learning, aiming to exceed industry standards and expectations.
- Feedback and Adaptation: Provide feedback on training delivery to ensure content is fit for purpose.
- Learner Progress: Monitor and provide ongoing feedback.
- Inclusive Environment: Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Needs Assessment: Tailor the teaching to meet individual learner needs.
- Resource Development: Create and update training materials as needed.
- Effectiveness Assessment: Obtain feedback to assess the efficacy of the programme.
- Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation.
- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PGCE, Cert Ed).
- Recognised Assessor Qualification (e.g., CAVA)
- Level 4 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care
- Experience in delivering apprenticeship standards
- Knowledge and Understanding: Understand the principles of teaching and learning, including various methods and the training cycle.
- Skills: Excellent in creating positive first impressions and developing relationships through superior communication skills.
- Behaviours: Committed to providing highquality, learnercentred service through excellence in the teaching and learning environment.
Professional Practice:
Adhere to professional ethics, values, and relevant legislation such as data protection and confidentiality.
