Adie Pepperdine is looking for a junior civil litigation solicitor or legal executive to join our welcoming and inclusive team.
If you are an experienced legal executive or junior solicitor and have experience of a broad spectrum of commercial/civil litigation, then we want to hear from you.
Our busy litigation department is an established and well-regarded team with a wealth of expertise across all aspects of commercial and personal disputes.
The work will be varied, covering general civil litigation with an emphasis on property and generalcommercial litigation, construction, breach of contract, professional negligence and contentious probate.
We deal with both High Court and County Court matters and have had two separate case's this year in the Court of Appeal.
We are a niche practice based in an idyllic location at Burton Waters, Lincoln which benefits from free parking. We also offer flexible working and an attractive remuneration package.
Our work is largely from existing clients or referrals and that we do not advertise.
The Role:
- You will be responsible under partner supervision for your own caseload of work.
- Alongside working on your own caseload, you will be working closely with the partners on more complex cases.
