£26,731 OTE

Are you looking to work for an international Hotel brand that puts its team first

The Role:

  • You will be joining an established and supportive team.
  • Manage the team and your rota.
  • Focus on ensuring the department is delivering the best it can be.
  • Oversee the reception team.
  • Ensure the department is in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure all department processes are followed.
  • Achieve the best from your team with training and motivation.

You will be:

  • A current FOH Manager / Reception Manager / Reception Supervisor.
  • Managed / Oversee a Hotel Reception team.


  • Used Opera

  • PMS
  • Use to reception procedures such as: Banking, End of Shift, Balancing, Targets, Training and Rotas
  • Brand Experience is ideal, not essential.
