Description
A leading group with international operations are currently seeking a Head of Tax to be based in Reading. This is a newly created role with a strategic remit and multiple direct reports.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategic oversight of the group's global tax, advising the group on tax implications of current and future legislation
  • Advising on tax implications of M&A activity
  • Oversight of tax compliance for the UK, assisting in a review capacity
  • Ownership of the transfer pricing documentation and policy review

Requirements:


  • ACA/CTA or ADIT qualified
  • Experience of international tax and transfer pricing
  • A confident and personable nature, creating longlasting relationships with ease.
